Job Description: The Quality Assurance Team Lead leads a team of at least six (6) software testers in all aspects of Quality Assurance. This team lead should be a team player with strong oral and written communication skills and must possess a willingness to learn new technologies, applications and techniques of testing. The Quality Assurance Team Lead is also responsible for providing a Quality Assurance Test Capability to help ensure that the products and services provided to our customers are of the highest quality resulting in a user friendly and reliable experience for our customers. This position calls for the Quality Assurance Team Lead to become part of a highly motivated and energetic team. Provides timely estimates for all pertinent Quality Assurance tasks during planning sessions; Reports on the QA status of the project during status meetings, as defined by the project processes.
Requirements: Master of Business Administration (or equivalent) from and accredited academic institution; Eight plus (8+) years of experience in Quality Assurance initiatives and a proven track record of success; Must be certified in and possess a comprehensive knowledge of Quality Assurance standards and procedures; Must be strongly aware of project milestones and releases and work to ensure that the quality requirements for each deliverable are met; Must be ale to identify high priority and stable use cases and automation test cases; Experience with test automation of web based user interfaces, and of web services; Should have actual experience in Quality Assurance process improvement, with diverse kind of projects; Must understand the testing environments; Must prioritize testing activities; Must communicate clearly and professionally with other employees to resolve issues; Meet Deadlines; Support deployment releases ( major release, minor release, fast tracks, migrations, etc); Strong people management skills Demonstrated ability to work effectively across groups and disciplines; Must possess Technical skills; Ability to motivate team members.
