Job Description: The DigiPRO Media Group Digital Publishing group is looking for an engineer to help develop the next generation of magazine and eBook rendering engines. The candidate will join the team that is responsible for Digital Publishing SDK targeted at iOS and Android as well as Windows and Mac desktops. As a member of this high profile team, your responsibilities will include participating in designing and developing both the SDK and well as the test framework and associated tools for Adobe's state-of-the-art engine for magazine and eBook deployment, fulfillment and rendering. The candidate will work as part of the larger Digital Publishing team, which is responsible for both the client and server pieces of world-class solutions for the magazine and eBook industries. You will help drive the delivery of successful, cutting edge technology by working on a team with many other highly talented engineers.
Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) from an accredited academic institution; Eight plus (8+) years of progressive experience in software development and a proven track record of success; Practical experience in JavaScript and/or ActionScript programs is a must; Certification and demonstrated skills in C++, XML, iOS and Android development tools; and Experience with client/server development. Candidate must be self-motivated and have a desire to be on a highly productive and fast-paced team.
