Job Description: The DigiPRO Flash team is looking for an experienced, motivated software engineer to take Flash initiatives to the next level. In this challenging position, you will become a member of a highly collaborative team that is dedicated to creating the most engaging digital experiences in the world. The ideal candidate has strong Object-Oriented programming skills, is able to design and implement robust new features, and can work with customers, Quality, and management to create the ultimate user experience. In addition to shipping software, each developer finds their own area of expertise in which to excel and innovative features. You must be able to work with cross-functional team to design and deliver high-quality, user-friendly software; Contribute to feature specifications; Own end-to-end development process for new features: Design, implement, performance-tune, and debug; Collaborate with team members to define overall architecture; and define an area of expertise to advocate and innovate.

 

Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) from an accredited academic institution; Eight plus (8+) years in Object-Oriented programming experience; Motivated self-starter who likes working in very productive, fast-paced teams; Software design or architecture experience; Effective verbal and written communication skills; Team player; Able to organize and prioritize; Certifications in C++, Action Script, and Java; Experience with Agile Software Development, Web development, Leadership (technical lead or architect), Shrink-Wrapped software, Cross-Platform development (Windows and Macintosh), Programming for Mobile / Smart Phones, Compiler development, and Video encoding / playback.
